Job Overview : Power Placement and Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in International BPO recruitment, with a strong understanding of hiring for voice, non-voice, and technical support processes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring we deliver quality talent to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening:
• Source potential candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, job portals, and referrals).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate communication skills, flexibility for night shifts, and relevant experience.
• International BPO Hiring:
• Explain job roles, rotational shifts (US/UK/Australian zones), and salary packages to candidates clearly.
• Assess candidates on parameters specific to International BPOs (e.g., V&A rounds, typing speed, stability).

Coordination:

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with client HR teams for virtual or walk-in drives.
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join to ensure a high joining ratio.
• Database Management:
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for bulk hiring requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in recruitment for International BPOs (Consultancy or Corporate experience preferred).

Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and keyword searches.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict hiring targets.

Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
