Job Title: HR Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified professionals while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate and manage the complete interview process with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary offers and support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong working knowledge of multiple job portals and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines effectively.
