Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced and proactive HR Intern to oversee all human resource functions — including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.

* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle.

* Handle payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.

* Foster employee engagement and resolve workplace issues.

* Conduct performance evaluations and training programs.

* Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.

Eligibility:

✅ Minimum 0-3 years of experience in HR (any sector welcome)

✅ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

✅ Good knowledge of HR practices and labour laws

✅ Immediate joiners preferred
