Job Description
Position: HR Recruiter / Telecaller - Outbound Voice Process
Location: Near Navale Bridge, Ambegaon BK, Pune
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for multiple job roles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process preferred
Shift Time:
- 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM
- Sunday OFF
Salary Package:
- 4,000 - 10,000 (Inhand)
