Job Title: Hub Supervisor / Manager / Cluster Manager – Last Mile Delivery

Location: Hadapsar, Pune

Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced Hub Supervisor to manage last-mile delivery operations in Hadapsar. The role involves overseeing daily hub activities, leading delivery associates, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage hub operations (sorting, dispatch, delivery)

Lead and motivate delivery associates

Track performance and resolve issues promptly

Ensure compliance with safety policies

Qualifications:

Supervisory experience in logistics/last-mile delivery

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of Hadapsar area preferred
