Job Role
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and store teams.
- Manage employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exits.
- Support manpower planning, workforce productivity, and policy implementation.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and compliance.
- Drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR operations in any industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground HR support.
- Preferably female candidate
- Smart, proactive professional with strong independent thinking; not overly reliant on AI tools.
