Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong HR knowledge can apply)

Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR) or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & onboarding

• Maintaining HR records & HRMS

• Attendance, leave & payroll coordination

• Employee engagement & query handling

• Support in HR policies and compliance

Skills:

• Strong communication

• MS Office proficiency

• Basic HR process knowledge

• Good coordination & organizational skills
