●Job Summary:

Recruitment & Staffing: Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates, as well as managing the hiring process.

Onboarding & Orientation: Introducing new hires to the company culture and managing documentation.

Employee Relations: Resolving workplace conflicts, managing grievances, and maintaining a positive work culture.

Payroll & Benefits Administration: Managing salary payments, benefits programs, and performance-related incentives.

Compliance & Policy Management: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, updating company policies, and managing disciplinary actions.

Performance Management: Organizing appraisals, facilitating promotions, and identifying training needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and knowledge of labor laws.

Tools: Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. 

🎓Qualification:

Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

2–10 years As HR Human Resource (real estate experience is a plus)

Full-time(9.30AM to 6.30 PM)
