BE / BTech Mechanical Engineering, MBA finance HVAC knowledge ,

Responsible for handling Sales/Estimation enquires & leads of HVAC field

-Basic knowledge about HVAC ( Chiller, VRV and ventilation system)

-Must have past experience of 1-5 years in HVAC field

-Floating RFQ and enquires to Vendors for Quotes.

-Preparation of BOQ, Cost Estimation, and Submission of Quotations to client.

-Must have knowledge of all material and their costing.

-Able to do Site Survey and understand the work scope

-Able to read drawing and tender docs and raise and reply technical and commercial queries.

-Able to attend techno-commercial negotiations.

-Negotiation skills with vendors

-MS Excel, Word
