Responsibilities:

Supervision and Guidance: Provide technical guidance and supervision to HVAC technicians and mechanics.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R systems.

Preventative Maintenance: Ensure all routine preventative maintenance checks are accomplished.

Emergency Response: Maintain the ability to immediately respond to emergency facility maintenance requirements.

Project Coordination: Coordinate and support customer project requirements.

Data Capture: Ensure personnel correctly capture data on maintenance work order requests and preventative maintenance inspection forms.

Work Order Management: Manage and assign work orders to technician

Supervise and manage on-site project execution.

Allocate tasks and monitor project progress and timelines.

Oversee project completion, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with HVAC codes and regulations.

Manage project budgets, resources, and procurement activities.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Ensure effective site management and problem resolution.
