Position: HVAC Engineer

Experience: 3 to 10 years

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems for industrial, commercial, and residential projects.

• Key Responsibilities:Design, selection, and sizing of HVAC systems and components.
• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs using AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Perform load calculations, ducting, piping, and equipment selection as per project requirements.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems at project sites.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC equipment.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality norms.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and support cost estimation activities.
• Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles and equipment.
• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, Revit MEP).
• Good understanding of AHU, FCU, Chiller, VRF, and Ductable systems.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
