Job Summary:

This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage business operations, drive performance optimization, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Framework Development: Support the creation and scaling of Text2SQL frameworks for enterprise applications.
• Implement RAG Solutions: Help optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to enhance accuracy and performance.
• Prompt Design: Contribute to designing prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired outputs.
• Build AI Agents: Assist in the development and deployment of AI agents using llama index and langchain frameworks.
• Support Q&A Systems: Help develop conversational chatbots and Q&A systems for various datasets, both structured and unstructured.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of development processes and assist in ensuring best practices are followed.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions, with a focus on LLMs preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and familiarity with Text2SQL frameworks.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and libraries, such as transformers and embeddings.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI/ML models.
• Basic knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.
• Proficiency in Python or other relevant programming languages is a plus.
• Experience with API development and integration is advantageous.
