IBM Sterling OMS Developer – eCommerce

We are looking for a seasoned OMS professional with strong development experience in IBM Sterling Order Management Fulfillment Suite to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-volume, B2C retail applications and contribute to large-scale digital transformation projects.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Application development using IBM Sterling OMS (4–5 years min)
• Working with versions >9.0, IBM Sterling CDT, Global Inventory Visibility
• SOAP/REST Web Services, XML/XSD
• Application servers: WebSphere MQ, JBoss, or WebLogic
• Database performance tuning, scalability, and reliability
• Agile & Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Integration of Omni-channel strategies
• Java/J2EE-based services around OMS
• CI/CD tools, version control (GIT/SVN/CVS)

What You Bring:

• Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems
• Subject matter expertise in Sterling OMS – confident in front of clients
• Hands-on experience in core Java, SOAP, REST
• Exposure to Cassandra (nice to have)
• Experience with order management, supply chain, and logistics systems
• Ability to lead, mentor, and guide new team members
