Job Title: IDMC Developer Consultant

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and skilled Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using the Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC/IICS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes to move data between different systems.
• Develop and optimize ETL mappings, workflows, and sessions for effective data integration.
• Conduct data profiling and data quality assessments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing data integration solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to data integration processes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data integration and cloud technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, data integration, and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with data profiling and data quality tools.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and database design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Informatica products such as PowerCenter, MDM, or DQ.
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in Informatica or relevant technologies.
• Previous experience in a similar industry or domain.
