Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Image Enhancement Specialist with proven experience in using Adobe Photoshop (or similar tools) to recreate, retouch, and enhance existing images into visually superior versions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, technical proficiency, and creative flair to transform ordinary images into impressive visuals that meet branding and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

·      Analyze and understand briefs for image improvements and desired outcomes.

·      Recreate, edit, and enhance existing images using Photoshop and related software.

·      Apply advanced photo manipulation techniques for color correction, background removal, object addition/removal, retouching, and compositional enhancements.

·      Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to finalize image requirements.

·      Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all image assets.

·      Ensure all delivered images are in the required format, resolution, and quality for intended platforms.

·      Keep up-to-date with the latest Photoshop techniques, plugins, and image editing trends.

Qualifications

·      Proven experience (demonstrable portfolio required) in professional image retouching, manipulation, and recreation.

·      Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Photoshop; experience with Illustrator or Lightroom is a plus.

·      Solid understanding of image composition, lighting, and color theory.

·      Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

·      Attention to detail and commitment to visual excellence.

Preferred Skills

·      Experience with digital illustration or graphic design.

·      Familiarity with digital asset management and file organization.
