Key Responsibilities:

• Good Communication in English and Telugu
• Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, admission process, and fees.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate student enrolments.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.
• Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate guidance.
• Maintain proper records of student interactions in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and enrolment targets.
• Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and education fairs when required.
• Graduation required
