Responsibilities: 

 

- Work on end-to-end insurance analytics use cases such as underwriting, claims, risk, customer analytics, and related areas 
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions and deliver actionable insights 
- Develop and implement predictive models and advanced analytical approaches 
- Build dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making for business stakeholders 
- Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to drive analytics-led solutions 
 
Must-Have Skills: 
1. Strong **Insurance Domain** Knowledge 
2. Advanced analytical skills using Python and SQL 
3. Solid understanding of predictive modeling and analytical problem-solving 
4. Experience creating dashboards and visualizations for business users 
5. Hands-on **Python** programming experience (data wrangling, modeling, visualization) 
6. Ability to communicate insights to Stakeholders. 

  

Preferred Skills: 
1. Exposure to GenAI driven analytics 
2. Experience with cloud platforms such as Databricks/AWS 
3. Experience in working with consulting or client-facing roles
