Responsibilities: 

• Strategic Leadership: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for process mining initiatives aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation strategies. 

• Process Mining Implementation: Lead the deployment and scaling of process mining tools and platforms (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Disco) across multiple business units. 

• Data & Analytics Oversight: Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business teams to ensure access to high-quality data sources required for accurate and meaningful process analysis. 

• Project Management: Manage multiple process mining projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and adherence to budgets. 

• Insight Generation & Reporting: Translate complex process mining data into business insights and actionable recommendations through dashboards, presentations, and reports for senior leadership. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with process owners, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and technology teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation or redesign. 

• Change Management: Influence and drive process improvements and automation initiatives by facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities. 

• Thought Leadership: Stay current with industry trends, emerging process mining technologies, and best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. 

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing process mining team, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing. 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• Lead the deployment and scaling of process mining tools and platforms (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Disco) across multiple business units.
