Job Description & Summary: A career within Global Tax and Operations

Responsibilities:

The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of a Senior Associate will include the following: ● Review Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax safe harbour and top-up tax calculations in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. ● Lead research on technical topics relating to Pillar Two and to contribute towards thought leadership materials. ● Monitor developments in international tax regulations related to Pillar Two and updating clients accordingly. ● Lead execution of the assigned engagements. ● Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed the client’s expectations. ● Ensure continuous compliance with all the risk and quality management standards of the firm. ● Manage a team of Associates, Assistant Managers and Interns who would be working on specific clients. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including audit and tax professionals, to ensure comprehensive service delivery. ● Coordinate with global teams for sign-offs.

Mandatory skill sets:

Working in this discipline will see a Senior Associate working on engagements and teams (the sizes of which will vary depending on client/project). To qualify for the same a Senior Associate will need: ● To be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 year of relevant experience ● Other prerequisite skills include: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Ability to analyze financial statements - Number crunching ability Eye for detail
