About The Team:

This Job Role is part of Job Family "Legal, Compliance and Intellectual Property" / Sub-Job-Family "Compliance/Governance" and includes jobs responsible for protecting the company's reputation for integrity, risk mitigation, providing counseling to the business on legal and compliance matters and capturing opportunities utilizing the potential of the law.

Details to this Job Role will be provided with the roll-out of the global job architecture.

 

What you can look forward to as  Industrial Trainee ICSI:

• Support in compliance with Board Meeting, General Meeting activities, Filing of EForms with RoC, FEMA compliances, etc., for ZF Group entities.
• Support and learning on drafting, review, and vetting of commercial contracts, policies and company litigation.
• Support in handling and managing compliance management software

 

Your Profile as Industrial Trainee ICSI:

• Student registered with The Institute of Chartered Secretaries of India
• Law graduate or Pursuing LLB (5 or 3 years)
• Cleared Min. 1 Group of Professional (Level-3) exams of ICSI (Professional Cleared with prior work experience of 6 months preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Presentation and interpersonal Skills
• Fluent in Business English
