Summary:
As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise in functional, technical, and industry-specific areas, as well as tools and methods. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful solution design and delivery, addressing challenges, and facilitating effective communication among team members to achieve project goals. You will play a crucial role in guiding teams through complex scenarios, leveraging your knowledge to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall performance.
- Mentor junior professionals to develop their skills and understanding of industry standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
