Infor XA Technical Consultant

We're hiring Infor XA Technical Consultant with over 3 years of experience in Infor XA.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Infor XA ERP systems, including system configuration, customization, and implementation. You will work closely with clients to analyze their business processes, provide solutions, and support the deployment and maintenance of Infor XA modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into system configurations and customizations within Infor XA.
• Support system installation, upgrades, and migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing and business processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Infor XA modules and related interfaces.
• Conduct user training and documentation.
• Assist in system integration and interface development with other enterprise systems.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in system development and deployment.
• Support system testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Infor XA modules, including IDF development, System Link, and other system components.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and related database management.
• Knowledge of system integration, interfaces, and data migration.
• Familiarity with SDLC and project management methodologies.
• Experience with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
