Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Career Development Specialist/ Business Development Executive who will play an integral role in counselling and guiding working professionals seeking admission to online management programs. If you have passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to excel, this role is for you.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct professional counselling sessions with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.

· Assess and verify candidate eligibility for respective programs.

· Counselling the candidates coming down for the meeting at campus and guiding them with the admission process and sharing timely feedback with branches.

· Respond to and resolve student queries efficiently.

· Admission Cancellation report and documents submission fortnightly to DPU.

· Maintain timely and structured follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi (mandatory)

· Strong sales orientation and goal-driven approach.

· Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.

· Customer-centric attitude with high emotional intelligence.

 

Qualifications & Experience

· 6 months – 2 year of experience in sales or counselling (Ed-Tech / education sector preferred).

. Qualification-MBA /PGDM in (Marketing)

Compensation

· Salary: ₹3.6 L – ₹4.8 L per annum

· Incentives: Attractive, performance-based incentives (no upper limit)
