Job Summary  

Cuknuk is looking for a motivated Sales Executive (Office-Based) to manage inbound and outbound sales activities from the office. The role involves handling customer enquiries, order coordination, distributor support, and follow-ups to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities  

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, website, and app
• Make outbound sales calls to retailers, distributors, and prospects
• Share product details, pricing, schemes, and offers
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Coordinate with logistics and operations for order processing & dispatch
• Maintain customer records and sales reports
• Follow up on payments and outstanding dues
• Support sales head with daily sales updates and MIS
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat orders

Required Skills & Qualifications  

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–3 years experience in tele-sales / inside sales / FMCG sales
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & local language
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM preferred)
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
• Experience in FMCG / Frozen Food / Food Products will be an advantage
