Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for connecting with leads, pitching Speedioo’s offerings, and converting them into sales. This is a pure sales role focused on conversions and revenue generation, with no involvement in customer support or service.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through calls and pitch Speedioo’s offerings

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions

• Drive end to end sales conversion from lead to closure

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow ups, and closures in CRM

• Follow up consistently with leads to improve conversion rates

• Continuously improve sales pitch and product understanding

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or inside sales

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively

• Target driven and self motivated mindset

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools

Language Requirement (Mandatory) • Hindi • Marathi • English

Preferred Background • Experience in Real Estate, Insurance, E commerce, Telecom, or Automobile industry
