Roles & Responsibilities – Inside Sales Executive

Call new leads generated through digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Explain company products and services and convert leads into paid subscriptions.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, including order booking and query resolution.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, complaints, and follow-ups in the system.

Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer requests within defined timelines.

Escalate unresolved issues or special requests to the concerned departments.

Share customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance sales and customer experience.

Inform the Reporting Manager about recurring or critical issues affecting customers.
