Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview

Speedioo is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on engaging with qualified leads, understanding customer needs, and converting conversations into successful sales outcomes.

This is a pure sales, performance-oriented role, with no involvement in customer service or support functions.

We welcome candidates from real estate, insurance, e-commerce, telecom, and automobile industries.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls using provided leads

🔹 Pitch Speedioo’s offerings confidently and drive conversions

🔹 Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions

🔹 Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

🔹 Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in the CRM system

🔹 Follow up with prospects to nurture and close leads

🔹 Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge

Qualifications & Skills

✔Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Telesales (mandatory)

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

✔ Target-driven mindset with a focus on results

✔ Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively

✔ Basic proficiency in CRM tools

✔ Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is required
