Inside Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and confident Inside Sales Executive (Female) for the finance sector. The candidate should have excellent communication skills to interact with customers, explain financial products, and successfully close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing customers via calls and messages

Explain finance-related products such as loans, insurance, or investment plans

Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable solutions

Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly

Achieve assigned sales targets within timelines

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

Basic understanding of financial products is preferred

Comfortable with outbound/inbound calling

Freshers with good communication skills can apply

Ability to build trust with customers

Knowledge of finance or banking processes is an added advantage
