💼 Role: Customer Growth Specialist

You will work on high-intent inbound leads and play a key role in driving growth by:

• Understanding customer needs through smart, structured conversations

• Nurturing and converting leads using CRM systems

• Presenting solutions with clarity and confidence

• Converting enquiries into bookings and building long-term customer relationships
