Job Description: Technician (Instrumentation)

Position Technician (Instrumentation) – WPB/EB or PB / Silos Area

Qualification & Skills ITI in Instrumentation with 3 to 8 years experience

Experience 3 – 8 Years

Technical Skillset / JD

ctc: 5 lpa

 (Must Have) 1. Exposure in instrumentation in process such as Temperature, Pressure, Mass Flow Meters (Vortex), Magnetic Flow Meters, Ultrasonic Level Transmitters and Controllers

2. Repair and maintenance of instruments; Familiar with ABB 800X DCS and SCADA system

3. Knowledge of sensors for Temperature, Pressure, Position Control, Reed Switches, Photo Sensors

4. Weighing instruments and controllers (kgs to 200T) using load cells (Persian Molen / Nova / Sartorius / SA make)

5. Good knowledge of Pneumatic Control Valves

6. Calibration, verification, replacement, and troubleshooting of Load Cells, Pressure Transmitters, Flowmeters, Level Transmitters

7. Knowledge of communication networks (Profibus) and protocol networks

8. Excellent troubleshooting skills

9. Adherence to PM schedules and calibration for accuracy

Technical Skillset (Good to Have) Knowledge of power & free chain conveyor systems; Automated storage and packaging systems
