Job Title: Insurance Policy Issuance Executive (Experienced)

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Insurance Policy Issuance Executive who can independently handle policy issuance and backend operations across multiple insurance company portals.

This is a non-sales, non-calling role and requires prior hands-on experience in insurance backend work.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue motor & health insurance policies through insurance company portals

Handle:

New policy issuance

Renewals

Endorsements & corrections

Break-in cases & inspection coordination

Upload and verify customer documents accurately

Coordinate with insurers for approval, corrections, and follow-ups

Share issued policies and updates with sales team / agents

Maintain proper records in CRM / Google Sheets

Ensure timely issuance to avoid escalation and complaints

Support sales team with backend clarity and coordination

Mandatory Requirements (No Compromise):

Minimum 1–2 years experience in insurance backend / policy issuance

Must have already worked on insurance company portals such as:

Reliance, ICICI Lombard, HDFC Ergo, Tata AIG, Digit, Bajaj, Magma, etc.

Clear understanding of:

Policy issuance flow

Underwriting queries

Endorsements and break-in process

Good system, email & WhatsApp handling skills

What This Role Is NOT:

❌ No sales targets

❌ No cold calling

❌ No field work

Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & capability)
