We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Insurance Sales Executives for a Domestic Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📞 Make outbound / handle inbound calls to explain insurance products

💼 Generate leads and achieve sales targets

📝 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance policies

📊 Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures

🤝 Build strong customer relationships for long-term engagement

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

🗣️ Excellent communication and convincing skills

🎯 Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset

💻 Basic computer proficiency

🎓 Graduates and under graduates only (Diploma not eligible)

🌟 Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

📈 Prior experience in insurance or sales is an added advantage

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience)
