Insurance Sales Executive

The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Medicoshield’s medicolegal services and indemnity insurance to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. This role focuses on expanding the client base and fostering strong relationships within the medical community.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events.

Client Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients, present Medicoshield's services, and close sales.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Medicoshield’s offerings, including legal services, insurance plans, and risk management solutions, to effectively communicate these to clients.

Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements and challenges.

Collaboration: Work closely with the legal and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.

Client Education: Educate potential and existing clients about the benefits of legal and insurance services offered by Medicoshield.
