Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will drive discussions around transformation and the customer journey, while also focusing on functional and application designs to ensure that technology and business solutions align with business requirements. Engaging with clients and stakeholders will be a key part of your role, as you work to foster collaboration and innovation in solution development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to integration processes and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of system integration methodologies and best practices. - Experience with data mapping and transformation techniques. - Familiarity with API development and integration. - Knowledge of project management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
