Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Pimple Saudagar. You will be responsible for transforming client requirements into functional and aesthetic designs, from conceptual 2D/3D sketches to on-site execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of local residential trends and the ability to manage site vendors effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting: Prepare detailed 2D working drawings, floor plans, and 3D elevations/renderings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Client Coordination: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets. Present design concepts and mood boards for approval.

Material Selection: Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting that align with the design vision.

Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and supervise contractors (carpenters, painters, electricians) to ensure quality and adherence to plans.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement and timely deliveries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and rendering tools like V-Ray or Enscape. Proficiency in Photoshop is a plus.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction detailing, electrical layouts, and plumbing requirements.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi) and a strong "problem-solving" attitude for site challenges.

Local Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler and a laptop for site visits and independent work.
