Interior Designer

About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should be passionate about transforming spaces, confident in presenting ideas to clients, and proficient in design software. You will work on end-to-end interior projects, from concept development to project execution.

• Key Responsibilities Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations based on client requirements.
• Prepare space plans, 2D drawings, 3D renders, and detailed working drawings.
• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and décor relevant to project style and budget.
• Conduct site visits in Pune and surrounding areas for measurements, supervision, and coordination.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
• Manage client communication, present design proposals, and handle revisions professionally.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project timelines.
• Prepare BOQs, costing sheets, purchase lists, and vendor coordination documents.
• Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience & Skills1–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or modular interior projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of materials available in Pune markets (tiles, laminates, hardware, lighting, furniture).
• Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
