Interior Designer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Interior Design Faculty member who is proficient in industry-standard design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max. The candidate should possess strong practical knowledge of interior design execution and be capable of delivering both theoretical and hands-on training to students.

• Key Responsibilities:Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Interior Design subjects.
• Train students in software applications such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
• Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and evaluation criteria.
• Guide students in drafting, 3D visualization, space planning, and project presentations.
• Provide practical exposure through site visits, workshops, and live projects (if applicable).
• Mentor students in portfolio development and industry readiness.
• Conduct assessments, reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and institutional activities.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
• Practical knowledge of project execution, materials, and site coordination.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 2–5 years of industry/teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor and inspire students creatively and technically.
• Preferred Attributes:Experience in handling live projects.
• Knowledge of rendering techniques and presentation software.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
