Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to manage residential and commercial interior projects from concept to handover. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with vendors, timelines, quality control, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interior projects from planning to final execution
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor daily work progress
• Handle material procurement and vendor management
• Resolve site issues and execution challenges proactively
• Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports
• Maintain site safety and company protocols
• Ensure timely handover and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, drawings, and execution
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Willingness to travel to sites regularly

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential & commercial interiors
• Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings (basic understanding)
• Vendor negotiation and cost control experience
