Job Title:Finishing Works Site Supervisor (Doors)

Location: Pune / Mumbai (Site-based)

Role OverviewWe are hiring 2–4 Site Supervisors to independently manage door installation works at residential & commercial construction sites.

This is a hands-on site role with real authority, client interaction, and clear growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of wooden door frames & shutters
• Manage site installation teams and subcontractors
• Ensure quality checks, alignment, finish & snag-free handover
• Prepare and close snag lists before client inspections
• Ensure EHWS safety compliance and conduct basic safety audits
• Coordinate material delivery, storage & hardware usage tracking
• Handle client coordination, inspections & approvals
• Ensure timely billing submission post snag completion
• Maintain basic site records, measurements & progress reports
• Experience & Skills Required:Experience in doors / interiors / finishing works / furniture
• Strong site execution & team-handling skills
• Understanding of quality, safety & material control
• Comfortable with client coordination and site reporting
• Ability to work independently and close tasks on time

(Formal degree not mandatory – strong site experience matters more)

Salary:💰 ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month

(Depends on experience & capability)
