Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure smooth execution of interior work.
- Interpret and implement technical drawings, BOQs, and design specifications at the site.
- Monitor progress and ensure that work is being done as per schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and labor to execute the project plan effectively.
- Ensure all materials are available on time by coordinating with the procurement team and vendors.
- Maintain daily reports on work progress, labor attendance, and site issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and quality standards on site.
- Resolve on-site technical and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with the client regarding on-site developments.
- Conduct quality checks on finishing work such as carpentry, painting, electricals, plumbing, tiling, etc.
- Assist in handover procedures and snag list resolutions.
