Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of Installation:

• Manage and oversee the installation of Wooden door Frames and Shutters at construction sites.
• Ensure installations are executed efficiently, accurately, and within designated timelines.
• Coordinate with installation teams and subcontractors to allocate tasks effectively.
• Take measurements as and when required for Production team.

Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough quality checks on installed Wooden door Frames and shutters to meet company standards and client specifications.
• Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as required.
• Prepare snag list for sub-contractors before Handover to Client.
• Ensure Snags are completed before Client Inspection.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for installation teams and site personnel.
• Perform regular safety inspections and promptly resolve any safety concerns.

Material Management:

• Coordinate delivery of Wooden door Frames and Shutters to construction sites and oversee proper storage to prevent damage or loss.
• Ensure all necessary materials are available on-site for installation activities.
• Maintain records of Site Hardware installed , supplied and utilised to ensure minimum Wastage.

Client Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding installation progress, scheduling, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Manage client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
• Ensure Timely checking from Client on regular Basis.
• Ensure Bill Submission to Client on Timely Basis post Snagging.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including material usage and labor hours.
• Prepare regular reports on installation progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
