Intern Purchase

·        Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials, goods, and services as per company requirements

·        Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with internal departments

·        Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups

·        Maintain and update vendor database and purchase records

·        Track order status, delivery timelines, and ensure timely receipt of materials

·        Verify invoices and coordinate with accounts for payment processing

·        Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

·        Support in cost comparison, vendor evaluation, and rate negotiation

·        Handle documentation and record-keeping related to procurement activities

·        Assist in resolving issues related to quality, delivery delays, or discrepancies
