International Inbound Voice
📍 Location: Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune
🚕 Cab: Both Way Pickup & Drop
🎓 Qualification: Graduate
💼 Experience: Min 1 Year International Voice (Billing)
💰 Salary:
1 Year Exp: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
18 Months Exp: Up to ₹5.0 LPA
🎁 Bonus: Loyalty Bonus up to ₹20K
⏰ Shift: 24×7 Rotational | 5 Days Working
🧑💻 Role:
Handle inbound calls
Resolve billing queries (Bills, Due Date, Charges, etc.)
Maintain CRM & customer records

Strong communication & customer handling
Billing knowledge (Prorate, Auto-pay, Taxes)
Good problem-solving & multitasking
