International BPO Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive / Associate to manage day-to-day client interactions for our US-based customers. The role involves handling client communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring service quality, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned US clients

• Handle client emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally

• Understand client requirements and service expectations

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Operational Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal operations and delivery teams

• Track tasks, deadlines, and client deliverables

• Escalate issues proactively and ensure resolution

• Share daily/weekly client updates and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience in BPO/KPO/ITES or client handling preferred

• Comfortable with emails, calls, and virtual meetings

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Experience:

• 1–4 years of relevant experience

• Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered
