• Handle international customer interactions via voice and blended channels (chat/email)

• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining quality and service standards

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience

• Adhere to defined KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, and Quality scores

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

• Meet individual and team performance targets consistently
