We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Voice Process Agent to support our global B2B operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting data research for international clients, generating high-quality leads for US-based businesses, engaging with B2B prospects, and building a robust sales pipeline through strategic outreach and service positioning.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong research abilities, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities
• International Data Research Conduct in-depth research to identify target companies and decision-makers.
• Gather and validate business information from reliable databases and online sources.
• Maintain accurate and updated CRM records.
• Analyze industry trends to support client acquisition strategies.

Lead Generation (US Market Focus)Generate qualified B2B leads for US-based clients.

• Identify prospects aligned with core service offerings.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making authority, and budget.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales teams.

B2B Client Outreach (Voice Process)Contact potential B2B clients via outbound international calls.

• Introduce and position core B2B service offerings effectively.
• Understand client pain points and propose suitable solutions.
• Handle objections professionally and close for next steps.

Pipeline Development & Management Build and maintain a robust and consistent sales pipeline.

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
• Follow up regularly to nurture leads.
• Achieve and exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

• Excellent verbal communication skills (neutral/clear accent preferred).
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and service models.
• Experience in international voice process or US market calling.
• Proven ability in lead generation and pipeline development.
• Strong research and data validation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Ability to work in night shifts (if US market focused).
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong persuasive skills.
