To maintain and develop existing software systems and integrated monitoring solutions by providing technical and domain expertise in marine automation and contribute to the development of future software projects in the marine engineering environment.

Description:

• Working on 1D tool and MATLAB-Simulink environment
• Mathematical model building of Diesel & Gas engine and its subsystem using MATLAB and SIMULINK.
• Steady state and transient Mathematical model calibration
• Ability to understand and use the developed 1D/Mathematical model.
• Must be proficient in MATLAB Scripts and Modelling with Simulink
• Improve and optimization of real time factor of the model.
• Development and updating of one-dimensional engine models using GT Power.
• Should be proficient with C/C++, Python programming.
• Should have familiar with electrotechnical knowledge, analog and digital control technologies
• Working with testing, R&D and pre-development engineers

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics/ Mechanical.
• Proficiency in MATLAB tool and control systems concepts.
• Excellent knowledge on I.C. engines, fluid mechanics and heat transfer
• Strong critical thinking, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English language is must.
• Knowledge of German will be an added advantage
