Key Responsibilities:
- Daily / weekly inventory reconciliation (physical vs POS)
- Stock inward & outward entries in POS
- Supplier invoice checking, filing & tracking
- Payment tracker (who to pay, when, how much)
- HSN + GST entries in POS
- Monthly sales reports, stock ageing & shrinkage reports
- Coordination with CA for GST, returns & compliance
- Surprise stock audits (weekly / fortnightly)
