Job Title: Inventory & Store Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete control of stock inwards and outwards

• Ensure proper arrangement of items in racks and storage areas

• Maintain accurate inventory records (manual + system)

• Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders when required

• Receive incoming materials, verify quantity and quality

• Prepare items for dispatch and deliver orders to customers

• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams

• Update stock details in Excel / basic inventory formats

• Keep store area clean, organized, and audit-ready

Requirements:

• Experience in inventory / store / stock handling preferred

• Must own a bike with valid driving license (for deliveries)

• Must have a smartphone (WhatsApp, calls, basic apps)

• Basic knowledge of computer handling:

• MS Excel

• MS Word

• Ability to handle physical stock and field deliveries

• Honest, organized, and responsible

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of FIFO / stock rotation

• Basic billing or delivery challan handling

• Local area knowledge for customer deliveries

Qualification:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (experience preferred over qualification)
