Job Description

Administer and support the organization’s Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform, including access requests, certifications, and provisioning workflows. · Process and validate user access requests, ensuring alignment with role-based access controls (RBAC) and least privilege principles. · Partner with business and technology teams to define, implement, and maintain access policies and entitlements. · Conduct periodic user access reviews and certification campaigns to confirm appropriate access levels. · Identify, investigate, and remediate exceptions or discrepancies found in access reviews. · Support audit and compliance activities by providing identity and access-related evidence and reporting. · Monitor identity lifecycle events (onboarding, transfers, terminations) to ensure timely updates to access rights. · Assist in troubleshooting access issues and working with stakeholders to resolve provisioning or de-provisioning errors. · Generate and deliver reports on access compliance metrics, key risk indicators, and control effectiveness. · Contribute to continuous improvement of IGA processes, tools, and controls to enhance efficiency, security, and user experience.
